I am blessed to be a wife, mother, friend and colleague. I have an amazing husband and daughter and I am surrounded by so many wonderful people .✨️

Yesterday and today though is my time, my self care. I used to think that was selfish but now realise it is an essential part of my journey.

We all have busy lives and sometimes it knocks us a little off balance and we don't always understand why.

Yesterday saw a visit to the amazing Clare Harris for my own reiki session.

As always I received everything I needed in that session and left feeling much lighter, clearer and back in balance🙏

Earlier this morning I felt guided to pop up to castlerigg stone circle. I knew as I pulled up I was in exactly the right place as a special little visitor flew right down to meet me ✨️. It really is a very special sacred space and during most of my visit I was alone .

It was a time of reflection, connection and clarity away from my busy life. Back into nature where my body immediately knows how to relax and my mind quietens . The energy is truly amazing up there 💜.

I then popped down to Keswick, a favourite of mine for a coffee and a buttie. Treating myself to a special pressie Baby Yoda Style 🤣.

This journey is primarily our soul journey and learning to love yourself and take care of yourself is something I have often struggled with but I am beginning to take note of.

As my guide said to me. When you love yourself it ripples out to all around you 💜

So never forget how important, unique and special you are and how very loved you are 🙏
