Yet another beautiful night last night with amazing women for our ‘Lil bit Witchy’ course. This time, spell bottles, tea, cake, cards and sisterhood.

I am so unbelievably grateful that I get to call this my ‘job’!…because the truth is, it doesn't feel like a job at all. It's a way of life, gathering women in circles and watching strangers become sisters. It's holding space for laughter, tears, stories, deep healing, remembrance and magic.
It's sharing cups of tea and conversations that matter, (no talking about the weather or mundane stuff here!) our time together is heart led and soul fed.

I don't clock in and out of this work, I live and breathe it, creating spaces where women can soften, connect, learn, heal and belong isn't something I do for work, it's something I feel called to do ❤️ and for that, I am endlessly grateful.
Thank you to every woman who continues to trust me, support my little business and sit in circle beside me. You make every gathering more magical than the last. 🙏🏻 ✨

Not another class where you have to rush in, keep baby quiet and rush back out again.
A space where you can simply arrive..
a space where babies are welcome exactly as they are.
As many of you know, my work has always centred around helping women soften, reconnect and remember themselves.. yet one of the times women need that support the most is often when they become mothers.

So I am delighted to open bookings for:

A gentle weekly gathering where each week we gather in circle to slow down, connect and create a little sanctuary within the busyness of everyday life.
Each week will be a blend of breathwork, beautiful baby bonding, guided relaxation, meaningful conversation, tea, yoga, connection and community.
No pressure. No expectations.
If you've been longing to find your village, this may be the place.

𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒎𝒆,

a mam with a baby asleep on her chest, completely in love, completely exhausted and wondering if any other m**s felt the same way I do.
I loved being a Mam.. even though my second baby was a whole different ballgame to my laid back first. Was that normal? Was I doing something different, or dare I say: wrong!

‘New baby’ me would’ve had loved a weekly place to talk, a place to laugh… or cry without the fear of being judged. No comparison or competition.
A space where people understood without needing an explanation.. and a place where I knew I wasn't alone.

That is why I'm creating the Sacred Mama Circle...because I know how powerful it is when women gather together and realise they don't have to carry it all alone, a space to arrive exactly as you are.
With your (possibly crying) baby in your arms, your tiredness, your joy. Your wins, your failures (zero judgement here, remember…) With your questions, your whole, beautifully messy human self.
Together we'll share gentle practices, connection, conversation, moments of calm and the kind of support that can only come from sitting alongside other m**s who truly get it.

Today’s Women’s Circle was smaller than expected, with a few last minute cancellations as life unfolded in its own way. Yet, as so often happens the women who were meant to be there found their way into the circle, what was created this afternoon was deeply intimate, heartfelt and uniquely powerful.
Together we laughed, cried, shared stories and sat in moments of quiet knowing, we shed what no longer served us, remembered forgotten parts of ourselves and received the guidance that emerges when we slow down enough to listen.

The amazing energy in the room was felt by each of us... so much love and genuine connection. My heart is full this evening, thank you to every woman who sat in circle today. ♥️ Thank you for your courage, your vulnerability, your laughter, your tears and your presence.
May the red thread woven between us, that now rests on your wrist, continue to guide and support us long after the circle has closed.

Another beautiful women’s circle, for the super powerful Super, Sagittarius, Full Moon. The room was just FULL of love and sisterhood. Such magick was created… there really is nothing quite as restorative as women gathering together. It really, truly is my most favourite (sacred) place, because of the people.

As I prepare for Sunday's women’s circle, I keep finding myself reflecting on the conversations that have unfolded over the past couple of days after my post.
One thing that keeps coming up again and again is how many women are tired…Tired of carrying everything, tired of being the strong one, tired of feeling like they should be coping better than they are…. and THAT is why coming together as women still feels so important to me.
Not because anyone needs fixing, we are not broken… but because sometimes we need somewhere to exhale, a space to be witnessed and a place to remember that we're not carrying it all alone. To be heard without judgement and seen without expectation.

The candles, cards, tea and cake are ready. 🌹

Despite the exhaustion and my little wobble of late… I still deeply love this work. I always will.

Watching women soften after carrying the weight of everything, hearing someone finally exhale properly.. deeply, with shoulders dropping and literally witnessing nervous systems settling. Having those conversations that unfold naturally and remind us that we’re not meant to carry life alone… Those moments matter, those moments are pure magic and my reason ‘why!’ ✨

But honestly, one of the most unexpected parts of my last post was how many facilitators, practitioners, healers and small business owners privately reached out afterwards to say they resonated too. So many of us are carrying similar pressures behind the scenes whilst still trying to hold space for others with open hearts.

It was both beautiful and comforting in being reminded that none of us are doing this alone… business, life, woman-ing… we got this! 💪🏻 🌹

Thank you all who messaged, commented and provided hugs.. I love you and appreciate you.

I’m going to be honest for a moment, being self employed feels quite difficult right now.
Work is quiet, bookings are low and I’m trying harder every day to keep creating, planning, showing up, posting, holding space, dreaming up new offerings… whilst quietly watching the numbers and feeling the pressure behind it all, ideas that once flowed easily now feel rather mentally consuming.
Truthfully?…I’m tired af. Exhausted even.
Perimenopause has me awake half the night some days… the dreaded nuisance of waking up early hours and just knowing that I’m not going to get back off for at least another 2 hours.

There’s also a strange grief in creating something from your heart and watching it roll like tumbleweed across the inter web screen, especially when so much unseen energy, time and love goes into it all behind the scenes. But reassuringly, I know for certain that I’m not alone in this. I know many small businesses, women, mothers and healers are carrying the same weight right now whilst trying to keep all the plates spinning ~ we got this 🙌🏻!!

This isn’t a “poor me” post, it’s just a bit of a brain dump. A totally human one… and a reminder that behind every offering, event, class, workshop, ritual or treatment, there is often a real person trying their best to keep going whilst navigating this beautiful, but often tiring thing called life. 🤍
