Last night’s ‘Little Bit Witchy’ circle was one of those evenings that just blows me away. Together we worked with the element of fire and journeyed through a powerful release ritual, letting go of the things we have been carrying for far too long.
After a fire visiting meditation, we wrote our burdens, fears, old stories and limiting beliefs
onto paper before offering them to the flames.
The huge shifts in the room were incredible, there were tears, realisations, moments of deep truth and women felt both physical and emotional responses of energetic release. The collective heaviness that every single woman had arrived with, gently softened and lifted as the evening unfolded.. but what moved me most was witnessing the sisterhood, the support and encouragement. They began holding space for one another with such compassion and love, at this point, I simply sat back and watched it all unfold. No prompting or guidance needed, just women showing up for their sister in the most beautiful way. ♥️
Once again, THIS is my why ~ watching women remember that they don't have to carry everything alone, witnessing healing happen in our community…. seeing strangers walk into a room and sisters walk out.

Oh.. and as they were sat sistering, after our ‘official’ session had ended, the sunshine beamed through the window and created the most beautiful rays of light. The very thing we had been talking about all evening was unfolding right in front of our eyes, the transmutation of heaviness into light!! Wowsers.
To every woman who sat in circle last night, thank you for your courage, your vulnerability, your honesty and your willingness to be seen.
What a privilege it is to walk alongside you. 🔥
