Unhinged things I do when my energy feels off ... these are not in any self help books πŸ˜„. But they're what I actually do - and they genuinely help! Save this for the next time you feel your energy is 'off' and share it with someone who needs permission to try something different ✨️
1. Not answering messages right away ~ it can be tempting but oh so distracting when we do this, and it scatters our energy into different directions.

2. Not pushing through with plans when my body says 'no' ~ there is a fine line between showing up for yourself/ others and choosing selfcare to take some time out for yourself. You don't need to justify your choices, is ok to say no; it is a full sentence!

3. Sitting in silence. Breathe in. Breathe out audibly - stick out tongue all the way on outbreath! Witness how you're feeling ~ it is so freeing because it tells your nervous system it is safe to do this and it can relax now. Stay present and allow your inner state to shift

4. Slowing down on purpose and taking a few seconds to consciously bless the thing is feel I'm struggling with ~ blessing your feeling & thoughts, especially the unhelpful ones, helps to dissolve anything that is not aligned with you and can clear a pathway for more clarity

5. Chant ~ humming or chanting, especially also while massaging your ears! , activate the vagus nerve tp tell the body there is nothing wrong right now and you can relax

Our energy when it feels 'off', is only showing unconscious patterns that are not aligned to 'true you', and they're draining you. It's not a bad thing to feel off - don't berate yourself! Thank your ego for showing you where things may not be aligned with you, your values or maybe you're picking up on other people's stuff - either way ego tries to keep you with your 'safe' thoughts (based on consious or unconscious beliefs), but your feelings don't lie. They are aligned with your soul self.
Remember you always do your best with what you knew or know now. So you can create new tools & a new relationship with your nervous system & your boundaries πŸ€—.

Full Moon Chakradance 🌝 Women's circle

The May 31st Blue Moon in Sagittarius.. is rare. It is helping to close timelines .. and reveal truth .. and force some movement! :) so a bit of setting intention, chant & Chakradance movement is ideal right now.

This moon is asking 'what are you still emotionally carrying that no longer belongs in your future? It's about the kind of freedom where your soul literally rejects some of the things you settled for.. ✨️ and it's the second moon in May, so you may have seen repeated patterns, unfinished business/ energy, emotional loops reaching their breaking point.

It's a good thing! Let's be grateful for the version of us that so far has carried so much .. and is ready to release - replacing pain by wisdom- so you can choose yourself. 🫢✨️🌝✨️🫢

Something I said to almost every client this month - these came up in real conversation, chances are we can all do with hearing these.
1. Breathe, write it down, reflect - bypass the logical side of the brain, as a great of when things feel like they're stuck
2. Open your heart to receive - realise when you're overgiving from a place of & relax your muscles .. to feel more clear and on purpose; ready to listen to your & commit to the next steps on your soul path/ earth walk ..
3. You're allowed to begin again - beginnings happen in quiet moments; in breath, , a single thought that changes everything. Life is a string of moment-to-moment choices
4. One gentle today is enough - let yourself have permission to realign, reset & choose again whenever you need to.

"Listen to your body's whispers .. then you won't have to hear it scream'
Heard that one before? It relates to ignoring all those little red flags of aches, pain, emotional instability .. dissociation, frustrations, quick to raise your voice .. it takes its toll on your confidence, your life & relationships. Inner conflict.. because something is not quite with who you really are.
You may be pushing yourself too hard - to fit in, to be accepted, to have recognition, to find approval - here's me practising to improvise on the piano! It's not perfect, but to me it is 😁 , I am following a of mine and accept what it is right now!
If you feel heavy, unappreciated & misunderstood, don't leave yourself unchecked, mentally & emotionally. Don't let your die because of burnout, layers of limiting beliefs or feeling your passions are out of your reach.. You can just START somewhere!
Your & sensitive spirit already knows what it needs to do; to propel yourself forward, action will allow you to create positive (yes likely challenging) changes to revamp your mental attitude and outlook!
At what point do you decide to fully commit to You, your life, your soul's desire, your joy, your fulfilment..? Because if you haven't yet, what will be the deciding factor? I made a commitment to myself years ago that I didn't want that to be with the hindsight of "I wish I had .... " πŸ™ŒπŸ™βœ¨οΈ

* a creative painting activity using various art supplies (acrylics mainly) on canvas
