My friend and teacher Ria Mattheussen send me this sharp handmade knife. While I was preparing my vegetables - fast and with ease - a thought occurred: "Life is easy when you have the right tools".

I have always been convinced that school teaches us mathematics and reading, honing our left brain and walking the line, but never the life skills that you need to understand yourself, to empower yourself, to understand life, to navigate through difficulties,relationships and the immense world of thought, feeling and creation. And it is that what we need and our children need... tools for self awareness, healing the relationship with self in order to remain connected to your own spirit, to follow your own path. To stay in the light, be love and flow through life. Be the creators of your own life♥

The Script-Ash-Method is one of those magical tools and I will be forever grateful for the day I met Ria who instructed me on using SAM. It has changed my outlook on life on planet earth profoundly.

What a magical & joyous day at the Holistic Fayre in Steyning yesterday!

Deliriously happy about talking about life and the Script-Ash-Method to a lovely audience of 24 people. I walked out with joy rushing through my heart. I hope it moved you as well.
