With yoga mat, dry robs, blanckes blackouts, umbrella, and tappoling it set for the perfect night to forest rain bath,

Tonight I cut the big head of the sun flower, 🌞
It has been thought a 3 hrs blessing ceremony 🙏
Lile all the flowers that are given out at Kate Wright Yoga Nedra

The sunflower has been given to our friends who own the land 💛
As there very popular dog passed last week

This flower is to be layed on the Wild Heart Hill ❤️ with the ashes and spirits.

And the small sunflower I've put in my bedroom so when I go to sleep I see beauty and when I wake us i see beauty

The flower is given back to the land, earth 🌎 and animal to enjoy 😉
