THIS IS FOR YOU if...

You are planning walks, holidays, days out and even simple trips around what your body might do.
You are constantly wondering if you're making things worse.
You are carrying a diagnosis around like a life sentence and quietly asking yourself:
"For f**k's sake, is this it?"
You are tired of trying the same things over and over again and getting nowhere.
Tired of being told it's your age.
Tired of hearing that your scan is normal when you know something isn't right.
Tired of being given exercises, stretches, medications and advice that never seem to answer the real question.
Tired of feeling like nobody is looking at the whole picture.
You want answers.
You want to understand why your body is responding the way it is.
You want to stop second guessing every symptom.
