Could your office lighting be stressing your nervous system without you realising it?
Not all brains respond to light in the same way.
For some people, bright white light, strip lighting and glare can feel stimulating, stressful and exhausting.
In clinic, I often use coloured lenses to help calm and regulate the nervous system before treatment.
What's calming for one person may feel stressful for another.
Even sunglasses can make a difference.
Black lenses.
Brown lenses.
Grey lenses.
Different inputs. Different responses.
