For the past three years, Aaliyah has been supporting customers across Scotland as one of our Health Assessment Specialists.

In her own words: "I love meeting customers, making them feel comfortable and helping them have a positive experience, especially if they've had a difficult experience with blood tests before."

What keeps her motivated? Knowing that an assessment has picked up on something like prostate cancer or diabetes early enough to make a real difference.
