At Henry House in Worthing we specialise in and offer a full program of Baby Swimming Lessons, Children's Swimming Lessons and Nervous Adult's Swimming Lessons. The luxurious hot pool is ideal for exercising or just relaxing and offers adult only sessions, private group bookings and dedicated baby hours As well as the Hydrotherapy pool and swimming lessons we offer a wide range of therapies for

Our quiet Baby Hour sessions run Monday to Friday and are specially designed for parents/carers and babies under 3 years — a calm space to bond, float and simply be together.

Weekly Sessions:
Monday 10–11am
Tuesday 1–2pm
Wednesday 2–3pm
Thursday 11–12pm
Friday 12–1pm
