Nippallprosthetics NIPPAllProsthetics — where artistry meets restoration. Precision-crafted prosthetics designed to restore confidence, identity, and a sense of self.

Every detail matters. Compassion, expertise, and results at the heart of everything we do.

The Squish Factor™ is real… and yes, we are completely obsessed.

Because when it comes to prosthetic ni***es, realism is not just about colour. It is about texture, softness, movement, shape, skin tone, and that beautifully natural little “is this actually real?” finish.

This is where the magic of NippAll Prosthetics comes in.

Each prosthetic ni**le can be created to look incredibly natural, with bespoke colouring to blend with your own skin tone and the option of off-the-shelf or custom-made pieces depending on what you need.

Perfect for:

✨ Post-mastectomy reconstruction support
✨ Inverted ni***es
✨ Adding natural protrusion
✨ Gender-affirming results
✨ Anyone who wants a non-surgical, realistic option
✨ Those who may not want, or are not ready for, 3D ar**la tattooing

Soft, wearable, realistic, and genuinely life-changing.

Because sometimes the smallest details carry the biggest confidence.

What kind of wizardry goes into making a life-transforming prosthetic ni**le?

At first glance, it looks almost too simple.

Tiny pots.
Transparent fluids.
Filled syringes.
Carefully measured ingredients being brought together, one precise step at a time.

But this is where the real magic begins.

Behind every NippALL Prosthetic is a specialist process, patience, skill and an incredible understanding of how something so small can make such a huge difference to someone’s confidence.

These prosthetic ni***es can be a beautiful option for anyone who has had breast surgery, mastectomy, reconstruction, inverted ni***es, gender-affirming surgery, or for anyone wanting a realistic, non-surgical solution.

They can be made bespoke or selected from off-the-shelf options, with colour-matching added as part of the finished result.

Because this is not just a tiny pot of clear fluid.

It is the start of restoration.
The start of choice.
The start of someone feeling more like themselves again.

Kelly Smith-Forshaw is now offering NippALL Prosthetics for clients and patients looking for an incredibly realistic, non-surgical option.

Some transformations are so clever, you have to watch twice.

This video shows part of the fascinating process behind creating prosthetic ni***es during Kelly Smith-Forshaw’s specialist training day, and honestly, the end result is extraordinary.

We have silenced a few sections because some artistry deserves to keep its secrets tucked safely behind the curtain… but what we can show you is just how detailed, personal and life-changing this work can be.

These prosthetic ni***es can be an incredible option for people who:

✨ do not want 3D hyper-realism ar**la tattooing
✨ have inverted ni***es
✨ have had surgery or reconstruction
✨ are post-mastectomy
✨ are trans or gender-diverse
✨ simply want a more natural protrusion or symmetry
✨ want something bespoke, realistic and confidence-restoring

Each piece can be made bespoke or purchased off the shelf, then colour-matched to your own skin tone for the most natural finish possible.

This is not “just” prosthetics.
This is comfort. Confidence. Choice.
And for many people, it is the missing finishing touch to feeling whole again.

Another proud moment for NippAll Prosthetics 🖤✨

A huge congratulations to Kelly Smith-Forshaw on completing her training with the incredibly talented .co.uk and graduating in 3D ar**la and prosthetic ni**le work.

Kelly is now all set to offer her own clients and patients beautifully realistic prosthetic ni***es, available either off the shelf or bespoke, depending on each person’s needs.

These can be life-changing for so many people, including those who have had breast surgery, mastectomy, reconstruction, gender-affirming surgery, inverted ni***es, asymmetry, or anyone simply wanting more natural protrusion and confidence.

At NippAll Prosthetics, this work is about so much more than appearance. It is about choice, dignity, comfort and giving people back something they may have thought was gone forever.

Kelly is proud to be helping more practitioners bring this specialist service to the people who need it most, with compassion, precision and confidence at the heart of every result.

Some wore diamonds.
Some wore feathers.
Some wore entire chandeliers. ✨

But after this year’s outrageous Met Gala looks… we couldn’t help thinking a few attendees may have benefitted from a pair of NippAll Prosthetics 😉

On a serious note, we just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for all the incredible support, comments, messages and shares since launching NippAll Prosthetics. The response has honestly been overwhelming. 🤍

Whilst we can absolutely have a little fun with fashion moments like this, these prosthetics are genuinely life-changing for so many people.

✔ Post mastectomy patients
✔ Inverted ni***es
✔ Creating natural projection and symmetry
✔ Confidence under clothing
✔ Even discreet coverage beneath sheer garments

Each prosthetic can be completely bespoke and handcrafted, or selected directly from Kelly’s ready-made collection.

What started as a deeply personal and specialist service is already helping people feel more confident, comfortable and complete in their own skin again… and that means everything.

And yes… judging by some of this year’s Met Gala fashion choices… they may also have become the most glamorous ni**le covers on the planet 😄✨

Please SAVE and SHARE this post with anyone you think may benefit from NippAll Prosthetics, whether medically, cosmetically or simply for confidence. You never know who may quietly need to see it. 🤍
