We are so excited to gather again for our next Soul Village Circle - A sanctuary for mums to rest, restore and refill their cups. We have woven something truly special together for you all 🤍

✨ A full house at the Red Tent today ✨

We gathered as women.
We softened.
We rested.

Restorative yoga, a soothing and gentle sound bath, a big nourishing bowl of daal, herbal teas, and that feeling you only get when you’re held in true community.

So much connection. So much warmth. So much magic in simply being together.

What is a Women’s Red Tent, I hear you ask?

It’s a gentle, welcoming space to slow down, be nourished and be in community with other women. A place to gather, share (or simply listen), rest your nervous system and be held — just as you are.

Join us for:
✨ Nidra & sound bowl relaxation
✨ Restorative yoga & gentle breathwork
✨ A nourishing vegan lunch

At Cedar House Retreat, it’s not just about workshops — it’s about love, friendship and community ✨

We celebrated a dear friend’s new chapter with a cacao ceremony, home cooked food and treats, oracle card guidance and a pamper with some Tropics magic 🌿

Here’s to more evenings of connection, deep belly laughter and open hearted conversations.

⭐️WOW! That was amazing! Thank you to everyone that gathered for our first Chocolate and Craft Club. 🩷

We gathered on a beautiful October morning to sip warm cacao and hot chocolate, created with natural materials, listened to songs, did a show and tell, affirmation cards and laughed together ✨

The mums (dads are welcome too) and the children made beautiful fairy/elf houses together, we foraged, we created and took home special memories and keepsakes.

Our next Chocolate & Craft Workshop is coming soon on 8th November at 10-12pm. There’s only so many spaces so book in quick via the link in bio, love Carly 🩷

✨New Offering for Parents & Children ✨
Do you wish you had more 1:1 time with your child/ren?

Come and enjoy a nourishing cup of ceremonial cacao (pure, real chocolate heaven!) while the little ones sip on their own delicious hot chocolates.

We’ll spend time listening to relaxed, nature-themed music, poems, and songs, as well as creating simple crafts and playing gentle connection-based games designed to bring ease and togetherness.

The Chocolate and Craft Club has an additional date on Saturday 8th November, 10–12pm!

A gentle morning space for parents and their child to come together, slow down, and enjoy a warm, child-friendly cacao drink, simple songs, stories, and playful rituals that invite connection, calm, and joy. This is a space for you and your child to be together in a nourishing, creative way — while also finding community with other parents.

🌿 Suitable for children aged 6-12.
🌿 Includes cacao for parents and a hot chocolate for the children.
🌿 £25 per family
