How the Triumph works

Step 1

Contact the activity co-coordinator on the number provided or fill in the online forms to set goals and choose an activity course that best suits your needs

Step 2

When you have chosen the course, you will be asked for a £10 deposit. the deposit can be paid on the first day of the course or at your meeting with the Get Active co coordinator

Step 3
Have fun ge

Step 4
At the end of the course the £10 deposit will be returned to help support you keeping active. The £10 will be returned if you attend 6 out of eight sessions

Step 5
The well-being team will contact you at 3 months and 6 months to to support you in keeping active, so that you can enjoy a healthier happier lifestyle
