Movement doesn’t always have to mean a full workout.
“Movement snacks” are short bursts of movement throughout your day and they can still make a big difference.
A few minutes here and there can help: • reduce stiffness
• improve energy
• break up long periods of sitting
• help your body feel better overall
Think:
- squats while the kettle boils
- calf raises brushing your teeth
- a quick walk at lunch
- shoulder mobility between meetings
Small movement still counts.
