INTRODUCING MINDFULNESS Online Course
I'm pleased to be offering a short online introduction to mindfulness over two Tuesday evenings.
This course is based on the official Oxford Mindfulness Foundation course and is suitable for complete beginners, as well as anyone wanting to refresh their mindfulness practice.
Over two sessions we'll explore:
✨ How training attention can change the way we experience life
✨ Different ways of relating to thoughts, emotions and difficult moments
✨ The difference between reacting automatically and responding with greater awareness and choice
The sessions include guided mindfulness practices, reflection, discussion, and simple home practices to try between sessions.
