CANCER FITNESS CLUB WREXHAM IS GO! So proud to be at Hightown Community Resource Centre for the launch of the UK’s second Cancer Fitness Club class in Wrexham. The free class takes place every Friday at 9:30am until 11:00 under the assured guidance of PT and cancer exercise specialist Becky of Be Fitter Thank you to everyone who came down for having the courage to take that most important first step, the one through the door, we understand how hard that is. 💪 if your a CES in the UK and would like to get involved DM me to start the chat. 🤓
