Today we officially began our Qualifi Level 4 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice, starting with Superficial Chemical Peels for Skin Rejuvenation 🧪

Today’s training covered everything our learners need to develop a thorough understanding of chemical peel treatments, including:

✨ Peel depths and classifications
✨ Different acid types and their properties
✨ Ingredients, concentrations & percentages
✨ Treatment indications & contraindications
✨ Potential complications and their management
✨ Treatment protocols & client consultation
✨ Comprehensive aftercare

We also carried out some beautiful practical peel treatments on the face, neck and backs of the hands, focusing on concerns including pigmentation, uneven skin tone and signs of ageing. ✨

It’s particularly exciting to see our learner progressing through her aesthetic journey — moving from the VTCT Level 3 Access to Aesthetic Therapies qualification onto her Qualifi Level 4 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice.

Throughout Level 4, she will develop her knowledge and practical skills in skin microneedling and chemical peels for skin rejuvenation, before progressing onto Injectable Aesthetic Treatments.
