Will be happy to be sharing too volunteer responses to our survey where they reported beneficial impacts on physical, mental, social wellbeing as well as the ecological wellbeing that these projects bring.

Guided Meditation for this Solar Eclipse - New Moon - Meteor Shower Day :)

Warm wishes for today! If you are feeling like you would like some extra support today - this next chapter of the guided meditations audiobook - live sessions recorded at new moons - is now out :)

With this chapter, you are invited to reflect on what we are grateful for, and find where this gratitude lives within the body. Tuning into this place we can ask - what is beneficial to work with here? Is there something to clear? To learn? To do? Gently doing what is beneficial to do here, and/or take some moments to simply be - assisting us to fully embodying the state of gratitude, and to bring even more into our lives to be grateful for.

Please note this is a deep innerwork meditation, please only follow this meditation if you feel comfortable to do so.

You may follow some or all of the words, or even none- whichever is beneficial to do.

Guided by Katherine

Recorded at a live group meditation on the day of the solar eclipse and new moon, August 2026. Rough cut edit.

Brought to you by Creuynni Wellbeing CIC. .

A glimpse of a beautiful retreat we held earlier in the year for a local organisation.

This is the third time we have held wellbeing retreats in this lovely venue, with saunas, drum circles around a wonderful fire, beautiful plant based food with a wonderful chef together with a physiotherapy group session with Brian, mindfulness, movement and drumming journey meditation sessions with Andrew and Katherine, all around the theme of connection to self, to nature and to each other. Participants were also able to choose one to one sessions with the facilitators.

A beautiful group came together for this. With beautiful feedback on how the event helped everyone have space to pause, relax and feel connected, and requests for more of these retreats, we hope to see you all again next year.

We have some wonderful news!

Creuynni Wellbeing CIC, in partnership with Physiotherapy and Massage Wrexham, have been awarded funding from Wrexham Council to support unpaid carers in Wrecsam.

A huge thank you to everyone who completed our unpaid carer survey, sharing the kind of support that would make the biggest difference to you. We will be keeping the survey open and using the responses to shape future funding applications.

For this application, we focused on the most requested type of support: one-to-one wellbeing treatments.

One respondent even mentioned how beneficial a previous massage with our practitioner, Calon, had been, which really reinforced the value shared in our application of offering this kind of support.

Thanks to this funding, 10 unpaid carers will be able to access a wellbeing treatment at our clinic.

Treatments available include:

• Physiotherapy and Massage
• Sports Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Manual Lymphatic Drainage
• Reflexology
• Innerwork
• Innerwork and Massage
