Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Therapeutic

Interventions for Musculoskeletal injuries, Sports Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Energy Massage, Muscle Energy Release Techniques, Vacuum Cupping Therapy. This work is offered on a donation contribution basis allowing those from a range of financial backgrounds to access these complementary healthcare services and to support each other in the ability to access these services. Suggested contributions are what you would pay for treatments with similarly highly qualified and experienced practitioners in this field. Please see www.creuynni.com for suggested.

This pricing structure aims to give freedom of expression of gratitude for the work shared and in respect for the benefits to health that are beyond financial value. This pricing structure will continue for as long as it is viable to do so. In appreciation to all those that contribute in a fair way that allows this. This aims to open up this assistance to people from a range of financial backgrounds with physical and/or mental health challenges, with those that can afford more also supporting those that can afford less. Our practitioners:
Katie (BSc Complementary Therapies for Heathcare and Four Winds Society graduate)
Trained with a number of respected teachers from various parts of the world, as well as learning from working to improve her own health; Katie blends ancient and more recent practices with the common sense of her own experiences. Brian Cervera:

So special to be part of this with a nature meditation at solstice at Little Vawnog Woods (near Bookers) 🙏

Wrexham Forest Partnership are proud to support Woodland Connections Week 2026 🌲Which returns for a 4th consecutive year to celebrate trees and woodlands throughout the County. This years theme is ‘Accessibility for All’ exploring equitable access to trees and woodlands and the efforts Wrexham are making to ensure access to the health and wellbeing benefits of trees can be felt throughout the county.
The week starts at Alyn Waters Country Park (Gwersyllt side) with a day of playful discovery and nature craft as well as utilising the accessible trails that run through the park for a nature themed treasure hunt. Come and join organisations such as Woodland Trust, Woodswork CIC, Llais y Goedwig and Wrexham Council on Saturday 13th June from 11-3pm. Amongst the activities will be campfire cooking, Happa Zome leaf printing, make your own butterfly feeder and a nature inspired treasure hunt. Drinks and refreshments will also be provided. Jacinta Challinor, chair of Wrexham Forest Partnership explains ‘Trees and woodlands provide so many benefits for health and wellbeing and its important that everyone can experience them equally. This years woodland connections week draws attention to this through a collection of events to explore what it would take to achieve this and the many benefits equitable access to trees would provide.’
Other events you can join on are a free community gathering at Felin Puleston with the National Trust, a walking with trees event with Woodland Classroom at Stori Brymbo woods, an urban tree management workshop in Ty Pawb to learn about the importance of trees in urban environments and a guided Solstice meditation at Little Vawnog woods with Woodswork CIC. You can find out about all these events and more at the Wrexham Forest partnership page, Hannah Farnell from Wrexham Council adds, ‘organisations such as the National Trust, Woodland Trust and Natural Resources Wales that support and protect trees and woodlands came together to form Wrexham Forest Partnership back in 2022; we believe everyone should feel the benefits of trees and woodlands and Woodland Connections Week is one way in which we can work together and reach a wider network of people.’ We are encouraging people to also sign up to our woodland pledge and in doing so receive a quarterly newsletter which details all the efforts Wrexham Forest Partnership are taking to support trees and woodlands aswell as the different ways you can also lend a hand.

Massive news! The community resource sharing free shop in Caia Park has been granted by The National Lottery Community Fund/ Cronfa Gymunedol y Loteri Genedlaethol funding that allows these community resource to continue there for at least another 2 years!

What started as something planned to run for two months with initial Decarbonising Wrexham funding, thanks to everyone involved will now run at least until June 2028!

And what an impact as a community we have all had already!

In just 5 months:
15,087 items have been saved from waste disposal!

This runs at an estimated 117 tonnes of CO₂ emissions saved - in 5 months!
That’s roughly the same as:
Driving over 400,000 miles in an average petrol car
Over 100 return flights between London and New York
Around 400–500 short-haul flights’ worth of emissions saved
Reducing water pollution, land pollution, reducing plastic pollution...
Huge amounts of water and raw materials saved by reusing instead of producing new.

This has also helped wellbeing - especially mental, social, financial as well as ecological.
'Brings people together. Nice chats and friendly inclusive atmosphere'
'It helps me mentally and helps my anxiety'
'The free shop is a great asset to they community if it didn't exist I would not go to out in my community...I feel welcome and safe due to anxiety and panic attacks but I find the Hub and Caia free shop a friendly atmosphere and I walk in feel like a weight of the world lifted due to no pressure no judgment and friendly people to talk to or just a smile goes a long way'
'I love meeting people and finding items they need, seeing the effect it has and knowing it’s environmentally positive'
'Well I took some good and even new clothes down to the hub ,which I would probably of just kept for no reason they no longer fitted , but taking them to the hub made me feel better that someone could put them to good use'
'Well I took some good and even new clothes down to the hub ,which I would probably of just kept for no reason they no longer fitted , but taking them to the hub made me feel better that someone could put them to good use'
'It gives me a great sense of community and hope for mankind'

If Wrecsam has achieved this in 5 months, what may we achieve in 2 years?

This is really thanks to the empower of our communities in Wrecsam, including:
-Every single shop steward and those working behind the scenes to co-ordinate, train, co-organise - as all are volunteers, it is this has enabled this funding to be enough for two years! To name the ones that have given permission for me to share their names thank you Anita Swigon, Ann, Iola Jones, Heba, Michelle Murphy and there so many more!
-Everyone that has given items - what wonderful items we have received!
-Everyone that has taken items - however little or much money we have everyone has a part to play in taking and reusing this items, giving them a good home - to help the environment - even millionaires, even billionaires need to use these shops.

All the support of all the organisations involved including Give and Take Incredible Edible Wrecsam, Creuynni Wellbeing CIC Free Stall Wrecsam - Stondin Rannu Wrecsam Repair Cafe Wrecsam Caia Park Environmental Group as well as the Caia Park Partnership Ltd for having us, Tŷ Pawb for the support with pop ups at Tŷ Pawb, Uareuk Hub for rails and donations of items and general support! And Tempo Time Credits Cymru for the time credits we can offer all amazing volunteers.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey so far - if you are yet to see this community resource sharing in action - please pop in
Opening times are currently:
Monday–Friday (except bank holidays)
11am–1pm

Absolutely wonderful to offer Drumming for Wellbeing as part of FOCUS Wales this year!

The sun came out, so we could be at the beautiful Roof Garden at Tŷ Pawb

Supporting wellbeing in this way is wonderful to be part of - with all abilities from absolute beginners to advanced musicians alike coming together in harmony and sound.

It was great hearing so much great feedback from the group - including feelings of peace, calm, connection, happiness, uplifted, loveliness - and from the children that shouted 'I want this to continue!'.

And may it continue - thanks to Heather, Tŷ Pawb- and to Niki from M'anam Cara who will also be facilitating these sessions alongside other members of Creuynni Wellbeing CIC - these drumming for wellbeing sessions will be shared the second Saturday of each month at 4pm, in the roof garden and after hours at the art gallery - depending on how the sun shines :)

You can follow the Eventbrite to receive e-mails about these and other events:

Roedd hi’n hollol wych cael cynnig Drymio er Lles fel rhan o FOCUS Wales eleni yng Ngerddi To hardd Tŷ Pawb!

Mae’n hyfryd bod yn rhan o gefnogi lles mewn ffordd fel hyn, gyda phobl o bob gallu, o ddechreuwyr llwyr i gerddorion profiadol, yn dod ynghyd drwy harmoni a sain.

Roedd hi’n braf iawn clywed cymaint o adborth cadarnhaol gan y grŵp, gan gynnwys teimladau o heddwch, tawelwch, cysylltiad, hapusrwydd ac ysbryd wedi’i godi… a hyfrydwch y plant yn gweiddi: “Dw i eisiau i hyn barhau!”

A boed iddo barhau
Diolch i Heather, Tŷ Pawb, ac i Niki o M'anam Cara, fydd hefyd yn hwyluso’r sesiynau yma ochr yn ochr ag aelodau eraill o Creuynni Wellbeing CIC. Bydd y sesiynau Drymio er Lles yn cael eu cynnal ar ail Sadwrn pob mis am 4pm, yng Ngerddi To ac weithiau yn yr oriel gelf ar ôl oriau, yn dibynnu ar sut mae’r haul yn disgleirio :)

Gallwch ddilyn yr Eventbrite i dderbyn e-byst am y digwyddiadau yma a digwyddiadau eraill:
