Feedback like this means a lot thank you 🙏🏻

Recently, I delivered a half-day Neurodiversity for HR Managers session on behalf of

Together, we explored neurodiversity through the employment life cycle — from recruitment and onboarding, to communication, performance management and staff retention — looking at how workplaces can better support neurodivergent employees in practical, meaningful ways.

Knowing that attendees walked away with ideas they can genuinely take forward into their workplace is exactly why I love delivering this training.

A huge thank you to Carolyn and the team for such kind feedback 🤍

It would be great to see you there! đź’š

As part of our Body Wisdom event on July 9th, Liz will be talking about burnout through different life stages.

There’ll be good conversations, support, time to pause, like-minded people and a chance to reset a little.

I’m really looking forward to being part of this lovely event in July 💚

Body Wisdom is a day focused on burnout, wellbeing and understanding what our bodies are trying to tell us when life feels overwhelming.

I’ll be talking about burnout through different life stages, because what we experience in our 30s, 40s, menopause, caring years (and beyond!) can all look really different.

It feels like such an important conversation to be having — especially when so many of us are just keeping going and putting ourselves last.

There’ll be good conversations, support, time to pause, lovely people and a chance to reset a little.

June & July are looking busy đź’ś

I’ll be running a mix of neurodiversity and menopause workshops over the next couple of months, including lunch & learns, awareness sessions, and manager training.

These sessions are all about creating more supportive, inclusive workplaces and helping people feel more confident having conversations that can sometimes feel difficult or misunderstood.

Really looking forward to these sessions and the conversations they’ll create ✨

If work has started to feel harder during menopause… you’re not alone.

Focus, memory, and confidence can all take a hit — and it can be really frustrating.

But instead of pushing yourself harder, it often helps to work *differently*.

Small adjustments can make your day feel much more manageable.

Which one would help you most right now?

I don’t think I was prepared for how much being neurodivergent *and* going through menopause would affect my relationship.

It’s not just one thing.

It’s struggling to find the right words.
It’s feeling more overwhelmed than usual.
It’s emotions coming up stronger, quicker.
It’s sensory stuff that suddenly feels like too much.

And then trying to explain all of that… while you’re in it.

There are moments where I know I’m not communicating well.
Or I get frustrated more easily.
Or I need space but can’t fully explain why.

And I can see how confusing that is for the person I love.

Because from the outside, it might look like I’ve changed.

But really, everything just feels more intense to navigate.

I’ve realised it’s not about trying to “get back to how I was”.

It’s about understanding what’s different now — and learning how to meet each other in that.

That part matters more than anything.

I had a fantastic time attending the Enhancing Entrepreneurship event at Wrexham University on Tuesday. It was a real pleasure to meet so many inspiring entrepreneurs who have been supported on their journeys by the university đź’ś

I’m also incredibly proud and honoured to have received the Social Responsibility Award. A huge thank you to everyone involved for such a memorable and motivating event!

“I just don’t feel like myself on progesterone.”

I hear this more than people expect — especially from neurodivergent women.

For some, progesterone can have the opposite effect to what’s intended.

Instead of feeling calmer, it can feel like:
– more anxiety
– more irritability
– disrupted sleep
– a sense of not quite feeling like yourself

As Dr. Jolene Brighten explains, some people are more sensitive to hormonal shifts — and that sensitivity can be stronger in neurodivergent brains.

It’s often called *progesterone intolerance*… and it’s still not talked about enough.

If you’ve experienced this, you’re not imagining it.

Lovely testimonial from training I have recently delivered!

I'm delighted to hear it increased confidence in managing neurodivergent colleagues, grew your Neurodivergent ERG, and encouraged more open conversations.

Supporting inclusive workplaces through practical workplace neurodiversity training is exactly what i'm here to do! đź’ś
