Back in June 2015, I opened my little shop at Number 17 Central Arcade with a small collection of shabby chic items and artificial flower arrangements. After just one year, I moved down to Number 10, and a few years later moved again to Number 18.

Over the years the business evolved as I discovered crystals — and once I introduced them to the shop, they completely took off! What started as a small addition soon became a real passion and the heart of the business.

Now, based on Charles Street, I’m proud to offer the biggest range of crystals in Wrexham, including tumble stones, carved pieces, specimens and minerals from around the world. Alongside the crystals, I also stock incense, dream catchers, Wiccan and Pagan items, and so much more.

It’s been an amazing journey from those early days in Central Arcade to where the shop is today, and I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported my small business along the way. Your support means everything 💜

It was an energy therapy kind of day yesterday... Reiki...Indian head massage with reiki...Angelic Energy Therapy, more Reiki... and some more reiki. Followed by a text chat about upcoming reiki training 🙌🙏✨

During the AET treatment 😇, two things really inspired me:

First, while working with Archangel Azrael during an Angelic Energy Therapy treatment, he handed my client an energetic scythe so he could cut his own cords. We often turn to Archangel Michael for this, but if that hasn’t always worked for you, consider asking Azrael — the angel of endings and beginnings — to support the release instead.

Second, many of us know the feeling of disempowerment when someone’s call or text makes our stomach drop, perhaps because for various reasons we can’t yet cut ties. A simple intervention came through:

• Look upward. Hand that energy drop over to your higher power — God, the angels, whoever you work with.

• Let the powers that be lift the drop, ease the burden and manage it, to help you heal too, and so you don’t drain.

• And if the trigger is strong, change the person’s name in your phone to something empowering like “Look Upwards”, “Stand in Your Power”, or “Ground”. In that moment, when we freeze and forget to stand in our power, that reminder may shift the whole vibration.

“People are exhausted by life right now”

You know ….. people really are …. And it’s sad. 😔
I talk to so many in my week. And it’s definitely a collective struggle right now.

Every day. Gratitude and kindness helps.
I know I preeeeeeach about waking up and thinking of things you HAVE that make your little heart happy 💞🩷💞
But right now when things are tough for everyone…..
we couldn’t need this any more.
The first gratitude should be for waking up. Thank you…. For a fresh page 🩷💞🩷
Happy Saturday. And if you are struggling please try this little exercise in the mornings. Sometimes it’s really hard to know and think what we can be grateful for. But there is always something 🩷💞🩷
