Please note that I will be increasing the cost of treatments from 15th June. This is the first increase since 2021 and reflects the current prices being charged in my local area.

Proof that reflexology works even if you are having a natter!!!

Some people come in, sit down and switch off, some like to talk. Either is absolutely fine, it's your hour.

What this shows is that reflexology is working its magic either way! The white zones show heart rate during sleep and you will see that even though she was wide awake and talking it still relaxed her nervous system.

There is much, exciting, scientific research going on into the benefits of reflexology at the moment, I firmly believe we have only just scratched the surface of its possibilities.

So that's me all done for 2023. It really has been the most incredible year, made even more special by moving into this beautiful space.

What makes a salad?

Years ago, while at catering college,one of my lecturers insisted that it wasn't a salad unless it had 12 ingredients and I've always tried to live by that rule, particularly since training in nutrition.

Get as much goodness and flavour in there as you possibly can, the only limit is your imagination. Salads are a great way of using up leftovers too

This is an early lunch as I've got a really busy afternoon ahead. Little gem, kale (leftover from dinner last night), raw broccoli, carrot, celery, cucumber, avocado, red pepper, sauerkraut, tomato, apple, pomegranate, almonds, flax seeds, beetroot falafel and houmous (recipe to follow), drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with chilli flakes

I make that 19!

Who am I and what can you expect from an appointment with me?

I am a fully trained, insured and registered hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, I am also a qualified reflexologist, registered with the AOR.

I work full time, five days a week, 9am until 8pm offering treatments from my peaceful, purpose built therapy room, in Norfolk. Hypnotherapy appointments are also available online.

I specialise in treating anxiety, phobias and weight loss , drawing on my training as a chef, my passion for healthy eating and good nutrition and also hypnosis , to ensure that your weight loss journey is sustainable. This is NOT a diet. This is a life changing combination of tried and tested technique's which ensures that you make long term, emotional and practical changes.
