Meet our Diamond Member 2026 💎, Pauline, who’s maintained her incredible 5st 11lbs (37.6kg) weight loss for more than a decade 🎯.

Having struggled with her weight for most of her life, Pauline says previous diets never addressed the emotional reasons behind her eating. It was at her local Slimming World group that she found the support to transform her relationship with food 🤗.

Now 11.5 years at target 🎯, she’s healthier, more confident, runs her own counselling practice and has inspired her family to make healthier lifestyle changes too 🥰.

Wow 🤩 Just look at the difference in one of my Wednesday night members!!! 🥰

Charlotte has done so well, losing 1st 13.5lbs 🎉🎉 I’m sure we will be celebrating her 2st award next Wednesday 🎉🎉 I am so very proud of her and her amazing achievement so far 🥰

I always recommend new members to take photos of themselves along the way, comparing them side by side really makes you realise how far you have come! 😘
