If there’s one thing I know about this man is if he says he’s gona do something, he will do it!!! After a genuine mistake on the farmers cost him his podium finish at UKs, he didn’t complain, he just got hungrier. And on the weekend, he secured his place at Worlds by becoming Europe’s 2nd Natural Strongest U80kg man 🇪🇺🥈 . I could not be prouder!!!!

We actually spent our first night away from each other in over 6 years the night before comp so he could head up for the weigh in. It felt weird af not having him next to me, but loved seeing him completely in his element on Saturday 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Highlights for me were watching him fly through the smoothest yoke run I’ve ever seen him do cos I know how hard he battled with it in training and being the only U80 to send all 5 bags over on the sandbag toss 👏🏻

I’ll always be your biggest supporter 💜💜 now off to Scotland for Worlds 🌍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
