I wanted to share this one because I think it’s important to show the reality of learning and progressing as a tattoo artist.
I tattooed my husband around three months ago while experimenting with a style that was new to me. Once it had fully healed, there were areas I wasn't completely happy with and knew could be improved.
And that's exactly what an apprenticeship is about.
Every tattoo teaches me something.
It's a snapshot of where I was at that point in my journey, and being able to look back and see the progress is incredibly motivating.
