A patriotic theme today with Patients socks 🇬🇧. We thought it was brilliant with one pair and resulted in me singing aloud Royal Britannia and using the sock as a flag only for the next Patient to walk in with similar socks! ♥️💙🤍

Celebrating my new foot clinic and feeling grateful last week with a cheeky cappuccino at work

Love it when a client sends photos of their feet from their honeymoon! 💕 A week before her wedding she chose to book a 15 minute foot healthcare appointment, an hour Reflexology and Reiki along with a Just Polish appointment using Dr Remedy pink ch*****ne nail varnish

Two weeks into my new clinic and I’m thoroughly enjoying it!

It’s hard to believe that two weeks have already passed since opening Soul & Soles in Yateley.

For the past 12 years, I have been involved in a Podiatry clinic, with 10 of those years as a Foot Healthcare Practitioner, providing professional and caring foot care to patients.

My experience includes:
Regular skin and nail care
Callus and corn removal
A variety of verruca treatments
General foot health and maintenance

I’m passionate about helping people keep their feet healthy, comfortable and well cared for, whether you need regular maintenance or have a particular foot concern.

I’m really enjoying bringing my knowledge and experience into my own clinic and creating a welcoming, friendly environment for my Patients.

If you’re looking for professional Foot Healthcare in Yateley, I’d love to welcome you to Soul & Soles.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this exciting new chapter!

A year ago today, I qualified as a birth doula.
Little did I know my first (unpaid) and most special client would be my daughter, as she welcomed her son into the world last October.
Being a doula has taught me to observe rather than do, to listen more than advise, and to support what is needed rather than what I think is needed. It has reminded me of the incredible strength of women, the power of maternal instinct, and the miracle of birth.
What a privilege this past year has been. ❤️

Cold Stone Reflexology has been the perfect treatment during this week’s heatwave!
Cooling stones can help support muscle soreness and inflammation while promoting deep relaxation and a sense of calm. This soothing treatment helps to ground and quiet the mind, and the energy of the stones allows work up to 5 times deeper into the reflex points for an enhanced reflexology experience.
