Community Care Worker based in and around the Tavistock & Yelverton area, where you will support individuals with their daily personal care needs. we are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Staff who want to make a difference in people's lives by providing exceptional community-based care.

Key Responsibilities
Support clients in maintaining their independence and well-being.
Administer medication and monitor health conditions as required.
Document care provided and report any concerns to supervisors.
Assist with daily living Activates, including persona; care, meal preparation.
Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure client safety.
