Join Nick,voted Best Sauna Practitioner 2025 for a 2-hour multi-sensory sauna ceremony on the edge of Dartmoor.

Four rounds in and out of the sauna, guided by the elements. Cold river plunges between each round. Whisking, salt infusions, and handmade body scrubs foraged from the Cornish landscape. Rooted in Lithuanian pirtis and Finnish healing traditions.
