While it won’t turn your coffee into wine, it carries a touch of everyday magic.

In the world of aromatherapy, Rose Geranium is a fantastic emotional balancer. If you’re facing a hectic week or a major life change, its beautifully complex, green-rosy scent serves as a steady anchor, helping you come back to your center.

Think of it as your botanical safety net—no wands required!

Whether at home or on the go, you can always have your potion close by.

Now it’s your turn! If you could wave a wand and cast a spell with an essential oil today, what would it be?

Need a “Calm the chaos” charm or perhaps an “instant energy” elixir? Share your dream spell in the comments!

I’m standing in my garden, and I can’t breathe…

It’s supposed to be my happy place. But all of a sudden, my heart starts thundering against my ribs. My palms go clammy, the air feels too thin, and that familiar, terrifying "freeze" takes over with that overwhelming whisper of “I can’t do this.”

That’s the lie anxiety tells me. Whether I’m trying to pick out a loaf of bread at the shops or just tending to my plants, menopause-driven panic doesn't ask for permission. It just arrives—sudden, cold, and paralyzing.

I’m sharing my experience for Mental Health Awareness Week because I know I’m not the only one standing still in a supermarket aisle, trying to remember how to take a normal breath.

I developed the Cosmic Harmony ritual for these exact moments. Not because I’m an expert who has it all figured out, but because I’m a woman who needed a way to fight back against the freeze.

It’s a box of sensory anchors—tangible things to touch, smell, and hold onto when your nervous system is screaming "run."

I’m not "cured." I still get the palpitations. I still feel the fear. But I’m learning that even when I’m frozen, I’m not powerless.

If you’ve ever felt that "out of nowhere" panic today, I see you. You aren't failing; your body is just overwhelmed.

Let’s try to find a little harmony together with the Cosmic Harmony: "Centre & Calm" Ritual

The Action: Having a "Sensory Anchor" ready to deploy the second you feel that wave of panic or unexplained dread.
Apply the Cosmic Harmony blend of Rose Geranium, Lavender, and Neroli to your chest and the insides of your elbows.

The Ritual: When that "surge" starts, press your elbows against your ribs and breathe in the scent. The Rose Geranium helps level out the emotional spike, while the Neroli helps quiet the "alarm" bells in your brain. It’s like a liquid hug for your nervous system when things feel out of balance.

Crystals (Rose Quartz & Clear Quartz):
The Ritual: During a panic spike, hold the Rose Quartz tightly. Its cool, solid weight acts as a physical "earth" for that vibrating, frantic energy. Use it to remind yourself: "This is a hormone surge, it is temporary, and I am safe." Once the wave passes, hold the Clear Quartz to help sweep away the "brain fog" that often follows a panic attack, helping you find your focus again.

Memo Block (The "Truth List"):
The Ritual: When you are feeling calm, write a "Truth List" on your memo block. List three things that haven't changed (e.g., "My home is quiet," "I am breathing," "This will pass"). Keep this sheet in your Take Action box. When the panic hits and your thoughts start to spiral, reading those physical words can "stop the clock" and ground you back in reality.

Burnout: The "Gentle Rise" Ritual - For the mornings when the duvet feels too heavy...

We talk a lot about "Taking Action" for Mental Health Awareness, but when you're in the depths of burnout, action looks different. It looks like a "Gentle Rise."

Our Rise and Radiate pulse point blend was designed for exactly this. The Sweet Orange offers a soft spark of energy, while Lavender soothes the anxiety of a new day.

The Ritual:
1. Roll Rise and Radiate onto pulse points to bridge the gap between sleep and waking.
2. Hold your Rose Quartz to practice self-kindness—it's okay to move slowly.
3. Focus with Clear Quartz on one single, tiny task written on your memo block - such as "Today, I'm going to get dressed"

Taking action doesn't have to be a leap. Sometimes, it's just a gentle step forward.

"Small Rituals. Big Action."

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re changing what it means to “Take Action.”

Often, we think taking action has to be a giant leap—a total lifestyle change or a loud declaration. But when you’re navigating burnout, menopause, or the weight of anxiety, sometimes the most powerful action you can take is a small, quiet one.

It’s the act of reaching for an anchor when the world feels like it's spinning.

Sometimes, “Taking Action” isn’t about doing more – it’s about feeling grounded.

This week, I am sharing 5 sensory rituals that some of my clients have used to support their mental health. They include pulse points, crystals, and mindful writing to help them navigate:

• The Heavy Mornings (Burnout)
• The Restless Nights (Sleep)
• The Invisible Surges (Menopause)
• The Quiet Jitters (Social Anxiety)
• The Mental Fog (Exam Stress)

Our Rise and Radiate, Twilight Calm, Moonlit Mellow, Cosmic Harmony, and Cosmic Clear blends are ready to be your anchors, alongside the grounding energy of Rose and Clear Quartz.

The Action: Join me each day as we break down these rituals. Because sometimes, taking action simply means giving yourself the tools to breathe through the moment.

Which area do you need the most support with right now? Let me know in the comments.

PS – Keep an eye on my Facebook and Instagram pages as I will be GIVING AWAY a "Take Action" Rituals Wellbeing Box to someone in our community who needs a moment of calm.

When the feedback starts with “OMG!” you know you’ve hit the mark. ❤️

I recently designed a wellbeing gift box for a corporate client, and the feedback from their recipient just landed in my inbox:

“The parcel OMG! lovely, beautiful products and such a nicely presented gift love it ... very pampered.”

In the corporate world, a gift isn’t just a box; it’s a physical representation of how much a company values its people and its clients.

When a recipient feels “pampered,” that sentiment translates directly back to the sender’s brand, in this case tonic wellbeing.

So grateful to work with partners who prioritize making their people feel this seen and valued.

Thank you and Becca, you’ve made my day. A perfect end to a busy week ❤️
