I suffered with excruciating period pain due to Endometriosis for years so I know what it feels like to be at the point of complete helplessness.

Nothing would help my pain, not even endo surgery. The only way I’ve addressed it is through nutrition and lifestyle, AND making it my life’s work to understand the female body as a whole - this is the ONLY way I could apply my nutrition education and actually get results.

Now I help women all over the world overcome their painful periods, and all the other symptoms that often come along like bloating, fatigue, mood swings etc.

And me? I can’t remember the last time I had period pain.

Female physiology is not just her reproductive system.

It’s how ALL of her other body systems interplay WITH her monthly cycle.

Her digestion, thyroid, detoxification, blood sugar, nervous system and more.

Once I understood the work my body puts into my health every single day, how hard it works to do its jobs and keep me healthy, and how effortlessly it adapts to the fluctuations in my cycle WHEN it has what it needs…

… once I understood this I had a whole new level of respect for my body.

I understood that a woman who is suffering does not need a restrictive food list, an in-depth supplement protocol and a link to a load of herbal tinctures and superfood powders.

She needs nourishment. Her body needs simplicity from the way she eats and lives. She needs to feel safe again and that’s what feeding the body offers.

This body knowledge built my health and rebuilt my confidence to a depth I never knew.

She has standards which ground her daily habits and choices because she knows her self worth and it grows day by day, cycle by cycle.

She realises nourishing her body goes far beyond what she eats, it’s the routine she builds and the habits she forms.

All of this deepens her confidence, her strength, her feminine energy.
