A fresh start gives the best results.

This beautiful lady didn't realise how much the old filler was getting in the way. The previous injector had gone far into the wet boarder so the filler was inside the mouth. This is highlighted on pursing the lips in the top picture.

As soon as it was gone she messaged me to say her mouth felt so much better, lumps she had put up with for so long, she didn't realise she had just got used to them.

I couldn't have filled them with old filler in the way, it would have exacerbated the current lumps giving an unnatural and lopsided result.

She chose wisely, let's dissolve them she said. We did. 2.5 weeks later and we have beautiful, balanced, natural looking lips with only 0.55ml Juvederm.

More isn't always the answer.
