our first evening at nava! 🌕✨

the full moon shone in all her glory last night. transforming nava into a late-night woodland hideaway was a moment to remember.

we are looking at adding a few weeknights into our autumn schedule to create more cosy moments during the moody nights of september and october.

lost in the woods. 😌

there is no better way to forest bathe than following the deeply restorative gong bath experience. when we drop down from the mind into the body, held in a cocoon, we are freed from the weight of the world. in that moment, we can fully receive the forest into the senses. the sky breaking through the fractals of the canopy, essential oils in the air, birdsong in the wind - we are exactly where we're meant to be.

this week's full moon hammock sound bath in york is now full, but we still have spaces for saturday day time. 🙏

what a wonderful weekend in lancashire, spent with wonderful people.

we hosted hammock sound baths all day saturday in gisburn forest, and forest sisters today. 🌻

journalling, sharing, swaying, and snoozing under the forest canopy - what a way to spend the weekend!

we are so grateful for the work we do, and the amazing energy everyone brings to our spaces - and it's always a joy to come back to our roots and host for the people of lancashire. 😌📍

more updates on our autumn lancashire plans coming very soon. in the meantime, we're hosting another hammock session on 19th september, including a free community session (as promised), and soon we'll be announcing the next date for our big community sound bath in great harwood.
