I never planned to share this on social media but I know someone out there needs to hear it.

For a long time, I thought something was seriously wrong with me.
Stroke symptoms. Numbness. Fear. Panic.

But every test came back “normal.”

What I didn’t realise at the time was my nervous system was completely overwhelmed.

I was trying to be everything to everyone.
And my body became the place where that pressure landed.

This isn’t me dismissing medical advice, you must always get checked but this is me saying:

There is often more beneath the surface.

Healing for me came from:
✨ Slowing down
✨ Holistic therapies
✨ Emotional release
✨ AND accepting support medically when needed

Please know:

You’re not crazy.
You’re not broken.
You’re overwhelmed.

Your body is simply asking you to listen.
