On Sunday 5th July, we’re bringing together yoga, breathwork and sound at the stunning High Paradise Farm Tearoom in the North York Moors. A full day dedicated to rest, reconnection and nourishing yourself — from the inside out.

This is our first retreat together and we’ve put a lot of care into every detail. The setting is beautiful, the food is award-winning, and the day is entirely yours.

There’s something really special about this place 🌿

From the peaceful setting in the North York Moors, to the warmth and care Ginny pours into High Paradise Farm, we knew instantly it was the perfect space to host our Wellness Day Retreat.
