You’ve never experienced anything like this. ✨

Next Thursday, 15th October, join Mo and me for an immersive breathwork and meditation evening, part of our Twilight Wellbeing series.

Imagine two hours where the outside world falls away. With noise cancelling headphones, an eye mask and your own mat, you won’t know what’s happening around you. There’s nothing to watch and nobody to perform for. Just you, your breath and complete stillness.

Breathwork is one of the simplest ways to calm the nervous system, release what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with yourself. Swipe to see how it works.

This is for you if you:

🤍 feel overwhelmed, tired or constantly switched on

🤍 want to switch off properly, even for one evening

🤍 are curious about breathwork and want to experience it fully

⏰ 6:30pm - 9pm
📅 15th October
📍 The Moat House, Acton Trussell, Stafford
ST17 0RJ

Book your place through the link in my bio or at www.bluberri.co.uk.

✨ BREATH OF THE SOUL x BLUBERRI ✨

Breath of The Soul is an immersive breathwork experience combining conscious connected breathing, carefully curated music, guided meditation and sound, all experienced through wireless headphones.

Created and guided by Mo, each journey is designed to take you beyond the thinking mind and into an experience that is felt through the whole body.

You’ll be guided from the moment you arrive. We begin together with a herbal tea and explanation before moving into the breath, building gradually into a powerful conscious connected breathing journey. Music and Mo’s voice come through directly into your headphones, creating your own private world while breathing collectively with everyone around you.

There is nothing you need to know beforehand. No experience of breathwork, meditation or yoga is needed.

And there is no expectation of what you should experience.

Breathwork can meet each person differently. It can be physical, emotional, energising, peaceful, expansive or deeply still. Every journey is your own.

Give love freely ✨

Give it without expecting anything back.

What you put out into the world has a way of returning, often when you least expect it and in ways you could never plan.

Trust that. 🤍

💜 Tag someone who always gives so much love to others, and remind them it’s an energy that’s coming back to them.

A Letter from Me to You: Welcome to October. 🌸

This is my 3rd October on this breast cancer journey. And if I am being completely honest, October has a way of hitting differently every single year. For me it’s not about the wearing PINK month 🎀

Some days it feels empowering and full of hope. Other days, it can feel loud, heavy, overwhelming, and sometimes all of those things at once.

Before the diagnosis, I did not truly understand what survivorship meant.

I did not realise how quickly the conversation moves on once active treatment ends, or how many women are left quietly carrying the mental, physical, and cognitive aftermath while the outside world assumes you are completely “done” and back to normal.

Now I know. Because the invisible wounds, the cognitive fog, the joint pain, the constant body shifts, are very real, even three Octobers on.

I feel a deep personal calling through Bluberri to keep making space for the parts of this path that do not fit neatly into a pink ribbon 🎀

The fear. The loss of identity. The body changes. The mental toll. The quiet courage it takes to rebuild your life after cancer.

So as we enter this month, I want every person walking this path to hear this:

✨You do not have to wear pink.
✨You do not have to share your story if you are not ready.
✨You do not have to perform strength for anyone else.
✨You get to decide exactly what October means for you.

For me, as October also brings my birthday, this year feels like earned hope and a true celebration of life. The kind that comes from knowing we are still here, still choosing growth, still finding beauty in the stillness, and still holding space for the WHOLE person, not just the diagnosis. Some pics of my last few Octobers.

Here is to gentle healing, deep breaths, and holding onto our light. 🌿✨

With so much love & gratitude ❤️

“Because you look so well, people assume you must be well.”

If there is one thing this path has taught me, it’s that the quiet, invisible parts of healing are often the hardest to navigate.

At 49, my world turned upside down with a dual diagnosis of two completely different breast cancers 🤯 - one high hormone positive, and the other triple negative, with both having spread to my lymph system.

What followed was a double full mastectomy with lymph clearance, 18 months of chemotherapy, daily radiotherapy, and ongoing hormone therapy that brings its own daily battles with cognition, joint pain, and exhaustion to name a few.

The physical treatments finish, your hair grows back, and to the outside world, you look like you’re “back to normal.” But inside, you are learning to live in a completely remade body and mind.

Life before this was already full of unexpected turns, from navigating an MS diagnosis years ago and having to learn to walk again. My early adult years were living a vibrant life moving all across the country.

Yet even in the darkest chapters, there was so much joy to be found. As a huge Taylor Swift fan, following The Eras Tour was pure magic and such a welcome escape ✨

For my 50th birthday, just a week after being in hospital for 6 days with COVID (yes while on chemo) 🤯 my daughter and son created the most incredible celebration in an outdoor dome, complete with a Taylor Swift “Esther’s Version: In My 50th Era” cake! 🎂✨

Another savior has been my Peloton Peloton bike, this has truly been the best investment I’ve ever made (better than any car!).
Even on my hardest days, I’ve clipped in and cycled my legs, keeping myself moving step by step. A massive thank you to Robin Arzón, Hannah Corbin and Matt Wilpers

I’m sharing this because I am currently writing my book, my story, a raw, colorful, and honest reflection of this life, the hurdles, and the beauty found along the way.

Healing isn’t linear, but every single day, I choose to keep going, keep growing, and find the light. 🌿✨

Thank you for walking alongside me on this chapter ❤️

Entering the Season of Stillness:

The Autumn Equinox 🍂✨

Today, we step across the threshold into the Autumn Equinox - a quiet, sacred turning point in the year where light and dark sit in perfect balance.

As nature gently begins to turn inward, she gives us permission to do precisely the same.
In the fast-paced rush of the warmer months, it is so easy to scatter our energy.

But autumn invites a welcome shift. It is a time for slowing down, shedding what no longer serves us, and gently refocusing on what truly nourishes the heart and mind.

Just as the trees effortlessly release their leaves, we too are invited to let go of old worries, busy thoughts, and extra weight we were never meant to carry.

Here at Bluberri, this season is all about feeding the soul. It is about creating those quiet pockets of stillness, drinking in the crisp air, and offering your body and spirit the deep care and rest they deserve.

Take a moment today to pause, take a deep breath, and ask yourself: What am I ready to release, and how can I truly nourish myself as we enter this new chapter?

Step softly, embrace the stillness, and wrap yourself in comfort. 🌿🤎

Wishing you all a peaceful and grounded Equinox.
