Exactly a year ago yesterday I experienced the most horrific facial trauma 😭

I was gonna do Halloween 👻 early & show a before & go into detail but my poor mum & daughters do not need to be reminded of the trauma of that day so I’ve decided to focus on the healing journey rather than a pity party 🤍

For transparency you could see my brain (I do have one ) and I was literally holding my right nostril on in A&E . 18 hrs overall . I was stitched inside & out on the ward with just local 💉 oh the morphine 😭

Of all the ways I could’ve blown my nose out over the years 🪩 I never could’ve seen this coming 😭

Here’s the thing …. The body is amazing & it can heal 🤍 I was told by a nurse that I’d be lucky if they could save it . Luckily I’m more of a cup full kinda gurl! I was on the mantras in that cubicle like they were life 😂

Beautiful Qi Class Yesterday in the Woods 🌲

A full hour of wellness ~ in particular …

We discussed how the centre of the home is connected to the Health Bagua & acknowledged that when this area is free from clutter , our minds are also free from clutter & can even release physical ailments within the body !!

We practised balance and this was set as a homework task for the month to improve balance which overtime improves cognition 🧠

We also meditated with the mossy trees 🌲 & laughed to raise our vibration

Next Class Saturday 29th August ~ Different moves ~ Different Feng Shui Task ~ Different energies each session ☯️
