HAPPY WOMEN’S DAY 💐💐💐

As VIS, we are dedicated to advancing through impactful projects to narrow down gender disparities and empower women by fostering increased participation, equitable access to resources, and overall improvement in well-being.

VIS intervention in the Brong-Ahafo Region led to the establishment of Bono Black Soap Women's Association - BBSWA. Black soap production provides women with the prospect of establishing a stable income-generating activity, offering a reliable source of revenue.

All our initiatives extend to diversified livelihoods, aiming to create opportunities that break down gender barriers, promote and sustainable income generating activities.

The CEI project was not left out!

BBSWA exhibited our products at the closing ceremony of the CEI project held at The Don Bosco Technical Institute.
This project has been supported by the Italian Bishop Conference and the Don Bosco Youth Network and implemented by VIS Ghana

The project was aimed at tackling irregular migration within the Bono and Bono East regions and promoting ways to link Ghanaians to lucrative sources of livelihood which would encourage them to stay and thrive in Ghana.

Our black soap has been a great way of training women within communities that are prone to irregular migration usually enroute to Libya.

The women trained in black soap have been equipped with skills to gain a source of livelihood and improve the standard of living of them and their families

We wrapped up 2022 with an exhibition of our products at the Closing ceremony of the LEEWYV Project funded by EU and implemented by VIS Ghana

Our black soap products are enriched with sheabutter, glycerine and vitamin E to give you a lasting smooth, soft skin.
