rnment alone cannot provide everything to meet the demands for health care due to increase in population, inadequate resources and skills to train the required personnel. As a consequence, private institutions are encouraged by government to setup private health facilities and training institutions to train various health personnel to supplement government effort. Nightingale School of Nursing Limited is a private limited liability company incorporated under the Ghana companies code 1963 (Act 179) on 6th September 2007 and issued with a certificate to commence business on 7th September 2007.
