*Eat Smart Foods Brown Rice Powder with Tigernuts +Cow or Goat liver +Unsalted Butter or coconut oil.*

*Ingredients*

3 Tablespoons of Eat Smart Foods Brown Rice Powder with Tigernuts

50g of Cow or Goat Liver

1 tablespoons of unsalted butter or coconut oil

2 tablespoons of your baby milk

*Steps*
1.Wash liver very well and place into a saucepan add water and steam till tender .

2.Removed cooked liver with a fork and chop into tiny pieces.

3.Add unsalted butter or coconut oil to saucepan and stir fry liver for 5 minutes .

4.Prepare your Eat smart Foods Brown rice powder with Tigernuts porridge .🥣

5.Transfer Eat smart foods Brown rice powder with Tigernuts porridge into a blender.

6.Add in liver fry into the porridge and blend all till smooth and creamy .

Serve and add in your baby’s milk .

Feed immediately.

*Ingredients*

3 Tablespoons of Eat smart Foods Sweet Potato and Veggies Powder

1/2 ripe Pawpaw

1 banana

2 tablespoons of Probiotic yogurt

*Steps*

1.Get your 3 tablespoons Eat smart foods sweet potato and veggies powder and add 250ml of water to it .

2.Cook by stirring for 6 minutes and thickened.

3.Wash and peel your ripe pawpaw and banana .

4.Transfer your Eat smart foods sweet potato and veggies powder porridge into a blender .

5.Add your ripe pawpaw and banana .
Blend all up .

Serve with probiotic yogurt or your baby milk.Feed immediately.

*Eat Smart Foods Brown Rice Powder with Tigernuts +Banana+Baby Milk or Probiotic Yogurt is always a hit*

*Ingredients*

3 Tablespoons of Eat Smart Foods Brown Rice Powder with Tigernuts

1 banana 🍌

2 Tablespoons of Baby’s milk or probiotic yogurt

1 teaspoon of coconut oil or unsalted butter (optional )

*Steps*

1.Add 200ml of water to 3 tablespoons of Eat Smart Foods Brown Rice Powder with Tigernuts.Transfer into a saucepan and cook by stirring for 5 to 6 minutes till it thickens .Add in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or unsalted butter 🧈.

2.Wash your banana 🍌 and peel it .Mash it with fork or blend it up till smooth .

3.Dish out Eat smart foods Brown rice powder with Tigernuts porridge into your baby’s bowl 🥣.

4.Add in your mashed or puree banana 🍌 and garnish with your baby milk or probiotic yogurt.
