I am proud and excited to announce that my book, Longevity in the Kitchen, is finally available for purchase online!

At the moment, it is available only in English, with Italian and Spanish editions coming soon.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone who has supported and encouraged me throughout this journey. Your support has meant so much and has helped make this achievement possible.

I am also delighted to invite you to the book launch event on June 12th at BookGem Bookstore, where I will be sharing the story behind the book and celebrating this special milestone with you.

I’m currently finishing the final revision of my book on longevity in the kitchen.

At this point, I keep reading, re-reading, correcting details and refining chapters… because we’re finally getting very close to print.

When I started, the manuscript was around 120 pages.
Now we’re close to 180.

For the past month and a half, we’ve been working intensely on the final editing process, restructuring chapters, refining concepts and improving every little detail.

I didn’t want to create just another “healthy eating” book.

I wanted to create something that explains how to use fats, foods and cooking strategies more intelligently to support energy, metabolic health and longevity.

And honestly… I’m really excited about how it’s turning out.

Even the publisher is very happy with the final result, which makes this whole process even more special.

If everything goes as planned, next week I should finally be able to send it to print.

The Italian and spanish version will come later 👀

Also… in June I’ll be announcing a few dates for book presentations and signing events.

I’ll share all the details very soon.

Can’t wait for you to read it.

This morning I saw hundreds of people running…
…and almost all of them were breathing with their mouth open.
I often do the opposite on purpose: I train using nasal breathing only.
Not because it looks cool.
Because it’s physiological training.
Nasal breathing may help:
👃 reduce over-breathing
⚡ improve CO₂ tolerance
🫀 support aerobic efficiency
🧠 regulate the nervous system
The interesting part?
At first, you’ll probably need to slow down.
And that’s exactly where the training begins.
So here’s the challenge:
👉 during your next easy run, try keeping your mouth closed as long as possible.
Then tell me: how long before you feel the urge to open it? 👀

Questa mattina vedevo tantissime persone correre…
e quasi tutte con la bocca aperta.
Io invece spesso mi alleno volutamente a respirare solo dal naso.
Non è estetica.
È allenamento fisiologico.
La respirazione nasale può aiutare a:
👃 ridurre l’iper-ventilazione
⚡ aumentare la tolleranza alla CO₂
🫀 migliorare l’efficienza aerobica
🧠 regolare meglio il sistema nervoso
La cosa interessante?
All’inizio probabilmente dovrai rallentare.
Ed è proprio lì che capisci quanto controllo respiratorio hai davvero.
La challenge è semplice:
👉 durante la tua prossima corsa easy, prova a tenere la bocca chiusa il più possibile.

I recently attended Wellbeing at Work Conference and left feeling truly inspired.
It was an enlightening experience filled with valuable insights, meaningful conversations, and outstanding speakers who brought real depth to the topic of workplace wellbeing.

One of the key takeaways for me was how important it is to start treating work-related stress as something measurable, not just subjective.
In my work, I often use HRV (Heart Rate Variability) as a key indicator of psychophysical stress and recovery. It provides a valuable benchmark to identify improvements, overload, or early signs of imbalance in a person’s overall condition.

As a biohacker specialized in sleep optimization and longevity, I integrate these metrics into corporate wellness programs and educational workshops, helping individuals better understand their stress levels and develop practical strategies to improve recovery, resilience, energy, performance, and long-term wellbeing.

Events like this are a reminder that the future of work depends on continuously improving employees’ psychophysical wellbeing.
