Excited to announce our summer solstice retreat at Sauchenhall Farm 🌳🐴

🌳10am to 2.30pm on Friday 19th June

🌿£35 includes all practices and refreshments
🍀Bring your own packed lunch for a mindful lunch with the group

🌼Join Linda from Welcoming Wellness and Marjory from Creating Calm for a session of nature-based practices that help us slow down and be more present and connected to ourselves and the environment including:

It’s strange how life can throw so many opportunities at you isn’t it? I recently decided to start saying YES to things, rather than listen to the self doubt thoughts I sometimes get 😳

Becoming a Tropic Ambassador was not planned I just really loved the products 😂 The ethos of the company also fits with my core values and all things nature 🌳

So far I’m really loving the journey 💚💚
