So excited for our next Nature Session!
Join Linda of Welcoming Wellness & Marjory of Creating Calm for a lovely morning of connection with nature.

We will have a sensory, mindful river walk. We will slow down, take time and engage all our senses. If we are lucky, on the way back we might get the chance to spend time with the horses, pigs and turkeys 🐴🐷🦃 They are very friendly and love to say hello 🤩

We will stop for some light refreshments, which are provided. Following this we will head into the woodland area and spend time becoming immersed in nature🌳 The session will end with some reflection.
