6 days drifting through the Greek islands on a catamaran… 🌊⛵️🌞

Mornings begin with breathwork and meditation,
anchoring into stillness as the sun rises over the sea.

Days unfold between island explorations,
ancient temples, hidden coves, and the rhythm of the wind guiding our sails.

Evenings soften into golden sunsets,
sharing soulful meals as the sky melts into the horizon.

A journey to reconnect, to explore, to feel alive —
carried by the sea, grounded within. ✨

The program is entirely co-created with you, you wishes and desires, and those of the wind 💨🤲 (because yes, we are dependent on him while sailing, we will learn to speak with it gently 😋)

Sharing of today, making ripples in the water 💧
Wandering about.. 💭

No matter how hard I tried,
I always felt behind.
Too slow.
Too overwhelmed.
Not enough.

I watched others keep up so easily,
while I was fighting just to stay afloat.

And little by little,
it became my inner voice. 🤯

Telling me I wasn’t capable,
that I should be more, do more, be better.

But the truth is…
I was never the problem. ✊

I was just trying to fit into a world
that wasn’t built for the way my mind works.

And now, I’m learning something new.

To be softer with myself 🌷
To listen instead of force.
To see the beauty in the way I function 🦋

Because within all this chaos…
there is depth, creativity, sensitivity, life.

And maybe, just maybe,
this is not a weakness.

Maybe this is an other type of strength. 🌞

For a long time, I thought my problem was overthinking or being too sensitive.
I realized that it might not be a problem at all…
but simply a combination of:
- the way my brain works and my heightened sensitivity to the world through my perceptions
- a nervous system that had learned to remain constantly alert

Last week, I trained in the Somatics & Trauma-Informed approach.
Initially, I did it out of professional curiosity…
🦋 but very quickly, it resonated with me on a much more personal level.

This training helped me understand something essential: many of our reactions are not “problems to be fixed.”
➡️ They are intelligent responses from the nervous system.

When we’ve experienced a lot of pressure, stress, over-adaptation, or over-control, the body simply learns to function as best it can, staying in what it knows, because it feels safe (even if it’s ultimately not in our best interest ~aka eating a whole bar of chocolate every night 😂 or much more deep and harmful behaviour that I am sure most of us knows 😳~).

And we can spend years trying to “manage better,” when in reality, the body primarily needs security, slowness, and being listened to. 😮‍💨

This approach has profoundly transformed my understanding of the body, fatigue, stress… and also my approach to supporting others.

I am so grateful for all my teachers for their knowledge, sharing, wisdom, support, inspiration and guidance, and all I cannnot write here which is beyond words.
Grateful as well to all my sisters (and brothers -even if only 2 of them-😎) that we all have been through this journey together, witnessing and recognising the process of each one 🙏 well done everyone ✨

All this content greatly nourish what I’m currently developing for the future.
A project focused on the nervous system, slowing down, and a more sustainable life.

I’ll tell you more about it as soon as this little project has run its course 🪺🌿

For a long time, I felt that *Grainesdeliz* carried something bigger than what I had originally created it for.

At first, it was simply a space to share what felt good to me: cooking, nourishing the body, taking care of ourselves, and listening to our natural rhythms.

But over the years, my path evolved.
And so did my explorations.

I found myself drawn more and more to nervous system regulation, embodiment, repair, gentleness, and to the kinds of spaces where we can simply be — without needing to perform, explain, or prove anything.

And I realized that what I wanted to create now was no longer just a space for sharing.

I wanted to create a refuge.

A place where we can come as we are and lay things down.
A place that supports regeneration, vitality, and peace.

This is how *Grainesdeliz* is becoming **The Sacred Refuge**.

Thank you to those who have been here since the beginning,
and welcome to those who are just arriving in this space. 🤍

What is meditation ? ✨👁️✨
Is meditation require to be sited, close eyes and focus on your breath ?
No no no. That is not meditation. Being sitted like this is a way/ an exercice to focus your esprit (« Dharana » ~ the concentration) and train your attention.

Meditation, real meditation is above that. It is about being aware of all your senses, feeling the smells, the taste, the touch but also your emotions and thought in a really REALLY sharp way.
Without deforming anything, without judging anything, without trying to add or modify anything. Experience the reality as It Is, when you remove all you filter of reality from your past understanding of the world as a human with a Name, a mind memory, a body memory, but just remain AWARE.
Pure AWARENESS. Trought the body, through the senses.
It is also named sometimes by : « experiencing the present moment. »

Try to do something in your day (walking up the stairs, brushing your teeth, do the dishes,…) in a really mindful way, being aware of all your senses 👃👄👂🤲
And try to do it everyday (choose one same task every day) 🪄

Two months already in India. A truly unique country 🇮🇳🪷 I’m slowing down, learning, and settling in 📿

I was told, « India isn’t like any other country. » To which I used to reply, « Yes, yes, I know »... I understood without truly understanding. Now I can say it too, feeling it: India is truly unique, yes 🕉️
Whether you want it or not, it will reveal what lies within you. Light like shadows ⭐️🌚

From these moments here, here are 3 things I learned (or re-learned in more depth 😂)
1 - Discipline is an essential basis for life which tends to grow, whatever the direction in which it tends 🧱🧘‍♀️~ “Discipline is necessary for life. To live, the body itself is subject in all its functions to a rigorous discipline. Any relaxation of this discipline causes illness.” Chief and Aim, Auroville

2 - At the end of the day, it’s not about how much I have sold, made business or earn, but about how I felt connected to the divine/god/love and shared it with all the beings that I have met 🙏🪐💫Tiruvanamalai, Tamil Nadu

3 - “Whatever is destined to not happen will not happen, try as you may. Whatever is destined to happen will happen, do what you can to prevent it. This is certain. The best course, therefore, is to remain silent.” Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharsi. 🌋🐉 ~ Trusting life, what is, how life wants to manifest through us. By letting go of resistance, trusting, opening ourselves to something greater, we become witnesses to the manifestation of what is meant to be through us. ~

Three things are far too few to describe all the understandings, realizations, blessings, and remind I’ve received 😳🙏

In a few days, I’m starting a meditation teacher training. 🌺
I want to share this path here: the return to calm, to the body, to inner security 🫂

Mountain of Shiva 🌋
Calling for transformation, to everything that is not longer aligned in us to evolve 🪄🌪️✨
I have spend 5 weeks over there, what a huge cleansing 🐉 this mountain remove all your karma accumulated from your own human life and from the heritage karma of your family.
It also activate roots chakras and third eye, your heart can be open to receive the light of something higher : god, supramental, the Self, Pure consciousness, love, or whatever’s other world you may prefer for calling this superior truth that lead all What IS 🌱🌻
(I have take not magic mushroom, I promise 🍄)

As you feel confortable now just drop you phone in the table in front of you or your leg, close your eyes and focus during this one little minute on on your breath while listening this powerful sacred chants👂🎵

🧘‍♀️ Reprendre la maîtrise de son mental 💪🏹

🤲 Voici l’enseignement n.1 reçu lors de cette retraite de Vipassana

🤫 10 jours en silence, 10h de méditation par jour.
Comme on entraîne le corps, nous pouvons entraîner le mental.
Entraîner le mental à quoi ? À se focaliser sur un point, sur une zone du corps : ressentir les sensations dans cette zone, et ainsi changer en profondeur les patterns de l’esprit.
👀 En observant, en ramenant l’attention au point initial, je redeviens maître de mon esprit, suit capable d’observer mes patterns, mes pensées, et en les observant avec sagesse, dissoudre celles qui ne sont plus dans mon intérêt.

🕯️ Petit partage à chaud, à peine une heure après avoir quitter ma petite chambre très simple du centre de méditation
