Αγαπητή Sangha και μέλη,

Θα θέλαμε να μοιραστούμε μαζί σας μια ενδιαφέρουσα Ημέρα Ενσυνειδητότητας (Day of Mindfulness), που διοργανώνεται από την κοινότητα Plum Village, στην παράδοση του Δασκάλου Thich Nhat Hanh και φιλοξενείται στο Saikenji Athens, τον καινούργιο χώρο του Zen Center Athens.

Η ημέρα περιλαμβάνει μια σειρά από πρακτικές ενσυνειδητότητας και διαλογισμού, με στόχο την καλλιέργεια της παρουσίας, της ηρεμίας και της βαθύτερης επαφής με την καθημερινή ζωή.

Πρόκειται για μια όμορφη ευκαιρία γνωριμίας με την πρακτική της ενσυνειδητότητας, όπως διδάσκεται στην παράδοση του Plum Village.

Today we mark a very special step towards the opening of the as we share with you our very first retreat calendar on the website.
We invite you to *save the dates* for any retreats you feel drawn to.
Please note, bookings for the first retreats open in mid January.
Registration for later retreats will gradually open through January and February.

If you don't yet see the retreat you were hoping for please know that we have many more beautiful offerings planned for later in the year, and many years to come!

Gift cards are now available on the website which can be used towards any future retreat at Being Peace in the coming years.
