I saw a reel a few days ago with a women running through her errands all day. She would wake up to get ready in a hurry, prepare the breakfast for the family running, rush to work, try and finish her tasks at work as fast as she could, run to the gym… you get the picture, right? I know I did. Because this woman is exactly me!
But what was the so simple and yet amazing thing of the video is that every time, a little voice would tell her “slow down”.
And she would. And you know what? Things still got done.

We can take it one step at a time, and we can also not rush through it.
For me, it was a huge reminder.
