Every body has its own story.

Sometimes it asks for rest. Sometimes for deeper release. Sometimes for a little more focused attention.

My treatments are never one-size-fits-all. I draw on a variety of massage techniques and approaches, adapting each session to you and to what your body needs on the day.

Revival Ritual incorporates cupping alongside hands-on massage to bring focused attention to areas of persistent tension and restriction.

But the technique is only part of the experience.
For me, a good treatment isn't about following the same routine every time. It's about listening — to you, and to your body.

🌿 A Place to Unwind

Every body has its own story…

Some arrive carrying the effects of an active holiday or a demanding routine. Others simply need time to switch off, be looked after and let the outside world become quiet for a while.

For me, massage begins with listening — not only to what you tell me, but also to how your body responds throughout the treatment.

Each session is therefore a little different. Drawing on a variety of massage techniques, I adapt the pressure, pace and focus to what your body needs that day — whether your intention is deep relaxation, recovery, or giving some extra attention to areas that have been holding tension.

Sometimes, what we need most is simply a space where the body can soften, release and gently let go of what it has been holding.

Here, in the peaceful surroundings of the Old Olive Mill, that is exactly what I hope to offer.

🌿 A New Name, The Same Heart 🌿

Over the past months, Earth & Ether Wellness has grown from an idea into something very real.

As I've spent more time developing the business, working with clients, and reflecting on what I want this space to represent, I found myself returning again and again to one simple source of inspiration: nature.

The olive groves that surround us, the feeling of bare feet on the earth, the quiet energy of being outdoors, and the sense of grounding and renewal that nature can offer.

For that reason, Earth & Ether Wellness is becoming...

In Greek mythology, Gaia represents the Earth itself — the source of life, growth, connection and renewal.

The new name feels closer to the heart of what I hope to offer: a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling restored in body and mind.

While the name is changing, everything that matters remains the same.
