My favourite part of this montage is how mum gets further ahead of me in each frame. She checks in often to see if I’m ok and not too far behind. By the end of our ski, she could have kept going, while I was done😅.

I wish for you, as my body aches from yesterday’s outing, that you may have a role model like my 79 year old mum, who completely challenges your perception of what aging looks like. She is the strongest and fittest person I know, and she lives a full and beautiful life, embracing family, activity, and nature.
