This week we had the opportunity for a third year in a row to 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬 for an engaging and insightful visit.

They had the opportunity to explore our facilities, learn about our work, and see how their academic knowledge applies in a professional setting. In other words, to connect classroom knowledge with real-world practice.

The visit was a valuable learning experience for the students and a rewarding opportunity for our team to share our expertise.

We sincerely thank the GPSF - Greek Pharmaceutical Students'​ Federation for spending the day with us.

Blood clots can develop in different parts of the body and, when left untreated, may lead to serious complications.

Thrombosis can affect anyone, and understanding the factors that increase individual risk is an important part of prevention. Recognising possible warning signs and seeking prompt medical attention can also support timely diagnosis and treatment.

At PharOS, we believe that sharing reliable health information empowers people to make informed decisions and take a more proactive approach to their wellbeing.

Another year, another B2Run, and another great opportunity to come together as a team!

We had a great time running, walking, laughing and enjoying the day together. It’s always nice to step away from our everyday routines, spend some time together and simply have fun as a team.

A big thank you to everyone from Pharos who joined us and made the day special!

We’re already looking forward to next year — hopefully with an even bigger team! 🏃‍♀️

Not everything we carry is visible.

Our mental wellbeing can influence how we think, feel, connect with others, and navigate everyday life. Recognising when something feels different can be the first step towards finding the right way forward.

Whether through the people around us, professional guidance, or appropriate treatment, there are different paths towards feeling better and regaining balance.

This World Mental Health Day, let’s encourage greater openness around mental wellbeing and remind ourselves that seeking care is a sign of self-awareness, not weakness.

Sometimes, making a difference starts with something simple: giving a little of our time, care, and attention. 🐾

Through our 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗢𝗦 𝗖𝗮𝗻-𝗗𝗼 team, we had the pleasure of visiting 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗡𝗙 – Φιλοζωικός Ν. Φιλαδέλφειας at Nea Filadelfia Grove, spending time with some wonderful dogs, taking them for walks, and offering companionship, care, and plenty of affection.

Our visit also gave us the opportunity to see the dedication behind the scenes — including preparations for the charity bazaar that helps support the volunteers and their ongoing efforts to protect and care for animals in need.

It was an afternoon filled with wagging tails, happy moments, and a reminder that even small acts of kindness can have a meaningful impact.

We were truly glad to share our time with these wonderful four-legged friends and to support the people who care for them every day. 🐶❤️

💙 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭!

Proud to share that, as part of our ongoing PharOS Ltd 𝐂𝐚𝐧-𝐃𝐨 volunteering initiative, we once again managed to collect and donate essential second-hand items to the 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬’ 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐇𝐮𝐛 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬 (Κόμβος Αλληλοβοήθειας Πολιτών).

A total of 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐬 filled with donated items, including clothing, footwear, toys, and other useful goods, were delivered to the Hub to provide support to members of our community in need.

Every contribution gives more than just a second life to everyday items. It brings care, support, and a helping hand where it matters most.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed! Let’s continue making every gesture count.
