This morning I had the chance to speak across six radio stations about healthy summer swaps and why small changes can make a big difference to energy, health, and wellbeing.
We talked about:
• Choosing fibre rich foods such as wholemeal buns, chickpeas, salads, and grilled vegetables
• Simple ways watch our portions and still enjoy our meals
• Reducing hidden sugars and making smarter swaps, from ketchup to salsa or guacamole
• Building meals that keep you fuller for longer and support sustained energy
No extreme diets. No complicated rules. Just practical changes that are realistic, sustainable, and effective.
