We breed our snails in nature with ecological farming principles. They come in direct contact with the wind, the rain, the sun and the soils of our place but also with the olive trees and the natural flora from which they get their unique characteristics.

Εκτρέφουμε τα σαλιγκάρια μας στη φύση με αρχές οικολογικής καλλ

ιέργειας. Τα σαλιγκάρια ζουν ανάμεσα σε ελαιόδεντρα βιολογικής γεωργίας. Έρχονται σε άμεση επαφή με τον αέρα, την βροχή, τον ήλιο και τα χώματα του τόπου μας αλλά και με τα ελαιόδεντρα και την φυσική χλωρίδα από την οποία αποκτούν τα μοναδικά χαρακτηριστικά τους.
