Yes, yapping on camera is a popular style of content right now, and I do love it. And yes, I want to teach you exactly how to do it.

But the reason it matters is because it gives you a way to share your story, your perspective, your voice, your truth. And that’s what creates real connection and builds trust. That’s what allows people to feel like they actually know you.

I’m so passionate about helping women feel empowered to show up online authentically, use their voice and speak their truth because I know what it’s like to spend years not fully using mine.

When I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, I learned there can be an emotional connection to not speaking your truth, holding back, and not using your voice. And I realized how often I had been doing that in my own life.

So building a personal brand and creating content didn’t come from wanting to make money online.

It became a way for me to practice expressing myself, share my experiences, say the things I was too afraid to say, and trust that my voice didn’t need to sound like anyone else’s to matter.

And that decision changed my life forever.

It’s helped me build this community, multiple businesses, and a team of 700 like-minded, health-conscious women who are building their own brands and businesses online too.

So take this as your permission to use your voice.

And yes, a great way to start is with this style of content: yapping on camera.

If this is something you want to get better at, I’m putting together a free masterclass in July on storytelling, building a personal brand, and speaking on camera with confidence without sounding scripted or becoming someone you’re not online.

Comment “NAILS” below for 15% off my favorite non-toxic manicure products from 💅✨

Most people don’t realize how many harsh chemicals are hiding in traditional nail products. You can literally smell them the second you walk into most salons. As someone who’s intentional about what I put in and on my body, finding a nail brand that aligns with my wellness values has been such a game changer.

That’s why I love . Their products are non-toxic, easy to use at home, and actually support healthier nails.

And they just launched something I’m SO excited to try: their new Jelly Collection 🍒✨

Think ultra-glossy, syrup-like nails with a customizable finish depending on how many coats you apply. One coat gives you that sheer, translucent look, while 2-3 coats build to a beautiful semi-opaque finish. Plus they’re beginner-friendly, long-lasting, and give the prettiest radiant shine.

Some of my other favorites from Manucurist:

🌿 The Active line for stronger, healthier-looking nails
💅 Their at-home LED gel system for salon-quality manicures
⚡ The Instant Dry line when I want a quick, polished look in minutes

Creating an at-home manicure ritual has become one of my favorite forms of self-care, and I love knowing I’m choosing products that are better for my overall health.

The book writing process has been LONG and winding but right now, it’s the furthest it’s ever been because WE HAVE A BOOK PROPOSAL 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

When I was first diagnosed with cancer, I searched for stories, guidance, and hope anywhere I could find it. I turned to books written by survivors, doctors, and people who challenged the conventional way of thinking about healing. Those books became anchors for me during one of the darkest seasons of my life.

And now, years later, I’m writing the kind of book I once needed myself.

Yes, this book will talk about cancer and healing physically. But even more than that, it’s about everything cancer forced me to confront emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and personally.

Cancer changed my life in every possible way. And strangely enough… it also led me back to myself.

This book has been one of the most vulnerable things I’ve ever created, and I can’t believe I get to say that soon I’ll be a published author.

I’ll be sharing more of the journey, behind the scenes, little excerpts, lessons, and pieces of the writing process along the way.

I’d love to know… is this something you’d want to follow along with? 👀

Your personal brand is YOU ✨and here’s what you need to know about building your brand online…

The parts of yourself you want to hide the most are often the exact parts that make people trust you and feel connected to you.

That’s one of the biggest things I’ve learned from sharing my healing journey online since being diagnosed with metastatic thyroid cancer in 2019.

At the time, I had so much shame around it because I was a holistic health coach. I was someone who was teaching others about health and wellness, and suddenly I was navigating a cancer diagnosis myself. It felt completely contradictory to the identity people knew me for, and honestly, there was a part of me that wanted to hide quietly and go through it alone.

But instead of hiding in my shame, I decided to share my story. I shared resources, I shared what I was learning, I connected with people organically online, and I allowed myself to show up authentically and use my voice, even when it felt uncomfortable.

And yes, it was scary. Yes, it was vulnerable. But I’m so grateful I did it because over the last six years, I’ve connected with so many incredible people through sharing the parts of myself I was most afraid to share.

That connection became the foundation for the online community I’ve built, and ultimately for growing and scaling multiple 7 figure businesses. None of that would have happened if I tried to be someone else online or only shared the polished parts of my life.

I think this is one of the biggest things people get wrong about social media. We think we need to be polished or perfectly put together in order to build a brand, but the truth is that people connect to what’s real. The messy parts. The imperfect parts. The human parts.

At the end of the day, social media is really just about building connection and community.

For the last several years, I’ve used my voice online to teach about holistic health and healing, and now I’m stepping into a new season where I want to help others learn how to use their story, their passions, and their experiences to build their own brands, businesses, and communities too.

If that resonates with you, make sure to fol

I’ve started to notice that every few years, Ross and I completely change our lives.

We pack up the house, let go of things, move somewhere new, and start another adventure. We were talking about it last night and realized that for us, it feels like a form of cleansing.

Because we’re constantly evolving. Constantly becoming new versions of ourselves. And at a certain point, it feels like staying in the same place surrounded by things that reflected who we were three years ago holds us back from our next level of growth.

It got me thinking about this idea of the “forever home” and how it’s sold as the dream. And while I understand why that resonates with so many people, it hasn’t for us.

I think some people are meant to build permanence, and others are meant to build expansion.

Some people feel safest staying in one place forever, and others feel most alive through reinvention and movement.

Maybe neither is wrong. Maybe people are just wired differently.

Curious what your take is 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Detox and travel usually don’t go very well together… until now ✈️🌎

Comment “PEMF” to get 25% off my favorite PEMF mats from 👇 Memorial Day sale ends May 27th.

As we prepare to travel the world for the next year with our family, I’ve narrowed down the wellness tools that are actually worth bringing with us and two things made the cut: hydrogen water + my Bon Charge PEMF mat ⚡️

I’ve been using PEMF consistently ever since my cancer diagnosis, and it’s supported my recovery, nervous system, sleep, energy, and overall wellness through so many different seasons of life.

If you’ve never heard of PEMF, it stands for pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. It uses gentle electromagnetic frequencies similar to the Earth’s natural frequencies to help your body relax, reset, recover, and feel more balanced.

What I love about the Bon Charge mats is that they combine multiple therapies in one:

🌈 Red + near infrared light to support circulation + cellular energy
🔥 Far infrared heat to help your body relax + unwind
⚡ PEMF to support recovery, nervous system regulation, sleep, focus, and energy

I use the full-size mat almost daily for 20 minutes, but lately I’ve been obsessed with the mini PEMF mat because it fits so seamlessly into everyday life + travel. Right now I keep it on my desk chair while I work, and I’ll also be bringing it on flights and using it in hotel rooms to help support jet lag, sleep, recovery, and energy while we travel ✈️

And I love that even my boys can use it too!
