I went to this wonderful wellness centre at the beginning of June . I stayed three nights in the EESystem , a modern energy based therapy to aid me in finding myself and to heal . It was an experience beyond words. In the day I also experienced the infrared sauna , reiki , foot detox and floatation tank and crystal mat .

All therapies gave an over whelming feeling of inner peace but also gave me time for self reflection , as well as a great detox.

The ladies Donna and Olga were amazing and radiate energy , positivity and love.

I feel I have made two new friends. I am definitely returning later in the year . I know it will feel like returning to a second home .

I can do no more than spread the word and say THANK YOU

✨ An Evening of Deep Rest, Resonance & Healing ✨

Our hearts are full after our beautiful Sound Bath at Ethera for Summer Solstice, shared with the divine Myrto of Mimosa Sound Healing and PranaLakshmi Donna Poulidis.

As the room filled with the pure vibrations of crystal singing bowls, the deep grounding tones of Himalayan bowls, the gentle resonance of sound bowls, the powerful frequencies of the gong, and a collection of beautiful natural instruments, something extraordinary began to unfold. Layer by layer, tension softened, minds became quieter, and bodies remembered what it feels like to simply be.

Donna PranaLakshmi led participants through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, accompanied by therapeutic vocal toning and resonance practices. The human voice, when offered with intention, becomes a powerful healing instrument—supporting the nervous system to gently shift from stress and survival into a state of harmony, balance, and deep restoration.

Within the supportive energy of the EE System®, these healing frequencies were amplified, creating a nurturing environment where participants could experience profound relaxation, emotional release, inner clarity, and renewed vitality.
