To make the EASIEST meal, save the recipe below!
I love to cook but honestly love simple recipes even more.
This is a meal packed with lots of nutrients and flavor!
Ingredients:
🍅 2lb ground beef (I bought 90/10 ratio, sub for ground turkey or chicken if desired)
🍅 1 bag of whole grain pasta (500g)
🍅 1 jar (680g) of tomato basil sauce (I bought Bertolli)
🍅 1/2 of a container Ricotta Cheese
🍅 200ml coconut milk (sub for regular milk or other plant milk)
🍅 Spices: italian blend, salt, pepper, minced garlic
🍅 Veggies: bell pepper, tomato wedges and diced onion
🍅 Shredded mozzarella cheese
Method:
First preheat the oven to 350F. In a large skillet, sautée the onion and minced garlic. Then add the beef, crumble it and allow it to fully cook. Incorporate the bell pepper, tomato and spices (season to desired taste). When veggies are tender, remove the skillet from heat and allow it to cool off a bit. In the baking dish you will use mix: uncooked pasta, ricotta cheese, cooked meat with veggies, tomato sauce, coconut milk. Mix well, sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top and place it in the oven for approximately 30min or until pasta is cooked and it's bubbly.
