Our menu! (will be the same each week unless otherwise noted)

MONDAY- zucchini stuffed with quinoa, topped with basil-coconut sauce and served with lentil soup

TUESDAY - Ayurvedic samosas with veggie -garbanzo pilaf and seasonal chutney

WEDNESDAY- papaya-cucumber-mint gazpacho with roasted potatoes, greens, and beet raita (yogurt sauce)

THURSDAY- potato-spinach pancakes with cilantro chutney, plus roasted spiced cauliflower and broccoli

FRIDAY- veggie stir fry with Indian spices and coconut milk, served over rice with seasonal chutney or raita.
